Thanks Pete for the calculations.

Is there a recommended ratio? i.e 3.75:1 for example? versus the 1:1?

Also, How does the size of AR bars affect the equation as the size of the bars will influence the suspension rate to some extent?

On my 911 I had a standard "old school" cage that tied in all the suspension points front and rear and had x-bracing in the front and rear. I have pics at home and can post later. The shocks were Bilstein RSR style / valved non-adjustable coil overs on all 4 corners. I had 27mm Smart Racing AR bars front and rear. Camber boxes front and rear control arm pivot boxes in rear. The rear also had ERP spring plates.

I had 350 lbs front / 550 lbs linear rate springs in the rear. Chassis was a 1980 SC cut up for a Getty EVO wide body kit.

Weight with me in the car and gas was ~2380lbs.

Thanks,

Bill P.
