That is why they hook that bad boy up with cables so it does not go anywhere, the helmet, not the head.
Incredible, sprained ankle, 75 G's. You would think your retina would come loose or you would tear your liver or something. I have seen people crash much slower who had their foot on the brake pedal when they hit the tree/wall. Pedal stops, body doesn't, or not as fast anyway and the heel side of the foot slides right by the ball of the foot, dislocates at the top of the arch, can be a pretty ugly radiograph.
