or, find some high powered acid, and hand that out, in 1000 ug doses... might enlighten them about their own will to live and find some resolve to stay clean ( doubtfull for the meth crew though)
if anything , it should be entertaining, especially if you and some neighbours dress up in a variety of monster costumes and work to facilitate the right , edgy setting for the ordeal...
