Ebay oops, bargain or moneypit? SoCal
Two ebay 928's in SoCal are listed incorrectly as 86, actually they are 87 model year, but both are ROUGH.
Seller may be in for a surprise, Calif doesn't make exceptions to the seller being responsible for making the car pass smog and provide the certificate.
