Ok back on topic. Your neighbor is nuts. As we sleep at night the streets are loaded with animals running around fornicating, killing, eating, craping, etc... Get over it or move to a plastic bubble. I have neighbor dogs (I love dogs too) that dig up stuff and leave nice doggie logs in the yard. It's all part of the community experience.

Tell the neighbor you'll do your best to *control* your cat but unless the animal is really destroying property or killing off his favorite rodent species there's not a whole heck of alot you can do. You eliminate Tigger (guess at name) and the neighboring alpha feline will take up where Tigger left off.
