If this is what I think it is, you can get them through most sources including your dealer who had them on the counter last time I was there. I looked through it and came away with the feeling that it really is just a collection of technical revisions that the factory felt was needed on you car when serviced at the dealership. Mostly nitpicky things. Not alway practical for the DIY.
