Robert, I'm all in favor of a good immigration bill but I don't believe this was it.
I wasn't saying that they should have passed this bill but we all lose when they don't pass a good immigration bill.

Unfortunately they won't compromize and come up with a good bill because both parties want to keep the flow of illegal immigrants going, but for different reasons.

The republican party wants illegal immigrants for a cheap work force. Democrats want the illegals to keep coming so they can become legal and vote, for the democrats!
Both sides are giving away our country, our culture, and our money.
I write letters (or e-mails) on a weekly basis explaining my position to those who are supposed to be representing me in congress and in the senate. I suggest that everyone should do that.
