People in Massachusetts drive in the left lane unless there is a problem. I used to need to be at work by 6am and would leave the house early. I would regularly see people enter the highway and shoot straight for the left lane on a 4 lane road... There's no one in the other lanes!!!
Regarding the sticker: people around here would purposely slow up and block you or the cops would target you. Trouble.
