One of the reasons I usually put tubes back in mine.
Trick: Tie a circle loop in one end of a rope, run the other end through the loop, wrap rope around the center of the tire, apply the air and jerk/cinch the rope tight...may take a few try's/jerks, but usually works.
Tubes, always work.
