As far as it not working 100%. It does work 100%. It just does not have some of the features that we might have wanted/expected.

Lack of 3G and installable apps is a biggie for me. Maybe not so much for other people.

I will bet you $20 it does not work 100% and you claiming it does shows your ignorance on the complicated system that is a cell phone. Nothing ever does when it is released, esp something controlled by software
