The BOV you made me worked fine, but there were some clearance issues. Specifically, I had to force it between the coolant tank and the airbox, and then bend the rubber connector underneath sideways in order to get it to barely fit, then I had to fab up hosing for the side connection. I didn't feel comforable with bending the lower connector, I felt that it might eventually start to crack. I got a stock-dimensions aluminum one by Bosch instead.
I am in the process of getting next Saturday off from work; I absolutely plan on being at Lime Rock all day. Last year's race was a blast.
I would like to take a ride down to Rudtners, and the exhaust does sound like a good excuse to do so. Actually, I still have to clear up that manifold leak/crack, which I was going to take care of this week if the Volvo hadn't started with its own issues.
I am off for a morning run now, and plan on getting underneath the volvo before work to inspect. I will be back with pics (hopefully)
