Pensacola area real estate help needed
My daughter and her family are moving to the Pensacola area within the next two months. Her husband is career Navy.
Anyone with experience or knowledge of real estate in that area? Are prices going up or down? Areas with the best value? They will be in the area 3 to 5 years. They prefer to buy rather than rent. Looking for information to help them out. I am guessing their price range to be around $125K to $200K.
School quality is a consideration. They have an Atlanta Braves future first round draft pick who will be entering the 2nd grade and a daughter in kindergarten.
They are moving from the Augusta area.
