Paul, I am a baseball fan, not particualrly a Red Sox fan or an A.L. fan. Actually, a diehard Dodgers fan.

But do you know this kid? What is your particular interest in him, if any? I am ALL for the success of an emerging young player. More power the kids, especially the relatively few without a 'tude.

I always thought if I WERE an A.L. fan it would be for the Red Sox; at least before they won the Series. Somehow it was easier to care about them then!
