Bad joke. The use of the racial epithet "coon" doesn't sit well with me (and yes, I think it's intended as a slur in this application, not just an innocent word). The "if you've got the balls, we've got the chain" quote strikes me as a thinly-veiled reference to the dragging murders of several black men in the south.
