Sheez...these little insects are going to bankrupt me! When I bought my condo, the whole building had to be tented for termites. Fortunately, that $5000 bill was paid by the previous owner.

Since then, every summer for three years I've seen evidence of termites. Usually just a small hole in the wall or ceiling with a little termite residue. I'm paranoid that this is like rust on a pre-galvanized 911...what you see is only a hint of the damage below the surface!

In any case, what do you guys use for termite treatment? My exterminator uses Termidor, but obviously that treatment isn't working very well. I heard of some new kind of treatment using orange oil on the radio the other day. Any experience with this?
