This is really weird, but does anyone else fit this scenerio. Alot of the 928's I've bought and sold lately have the WP0JB0 serial number everywhere, except the one on the passenger inner fender, above the decal with the VIN # on it, and closer to the firewall. It's the VIN that's imbossed into the metal and not just a decal. Over half of the car's I've sold lately actually have the WP0ZZZ VIN # there instead. The rest of the numbers and letters are the same as the WP0JB0 VIN #. I thought that was kind of interesting. It was like they prepped it to be a ROW car, and then U.S.'d it instead.
Maybe I'm just nut's too! Who know's?
