we had an 81 tercel too! Great little cute car! Ours had many miles on it before we passed it on. They made them like that in 80 , 81, and 82 and some guy down the raod still drives a nice SR5 model around.
I spotted a mint 71 Celica with 75k miles on it last nites drive at a dealer.. they were nifty too.
