T/O bearing on '66 with a 2.2

This engine transplant is making my head hurt.

I'm putting a '70 2.2 in my '66 911 and using the original '66 901 tranny. The 2.2 flywheel is a different size than the 2.0 and uses a larger clutch & pressure plate (hence the $800 price tag?). Should I use a '66 2.0 T/O bearing or a '70 2.2? What's the difference?

Can I put the '66 flywheel on the '70 engine and save a ton of money since I already have a brand new disk & pressure plate to fit the 2.0 flywheel?

Jeez, I just thought...will the 2.0 starter work on the larger 2.2 flywheel?

Ouch, there's that pain again.
