Looks like a trip to circuit city is in my plans.
Can anyone tell me, for a newbie, would a PS2 be okay, if I liked Driving Force, or would it be best to bite the bullet and sink my teeth into PS3,
I am pretty sure if I liked Forza, on the xbox I would just start with the xbox 360 and get the latest version. (just talked to a colleague here at work who loves forza - but he is sort of a car-guy-wannabe. I'm looking for experiences from hard core motorheads like the Pelican posters

I'd really like some feedback (pun intended) on steering wheels, too. The tactile experience would be important to me, and there is a lot of hype from the manufacturers
