I've got a question for the members out there. What type of Graduate degree do you have or would recommend to someone considering pursuing such a degree?

I have an Industrial Engineering degree and I'm trying to decide what type of graduate level degree would better me for the future. I have several years of experience and I'm looking at either pursuing an MBA or a master's degree in some form of engineering. I've looked at both options and I can see pros/cons for going with either choice. In your experiences which would you recommend?
