I got a similiar floor from Greg Smith Equipment - They carry the "Bigfoot" tile that is 13" x 13" - I figured I paid about $1.29 per tile (They had a special) - almost on par with VCT - and didn't have to glue it down. The bigfoot is similiar - but has a compression rating of 10,000 lbs. They recommended a plywood base under jackstands -
It locks together - but you can also pretty easily pull it up and take it to a new location. If you spill too much material - then yes, they recommend pull it up, clean up - then reinstall.
BTW - I installed an oversized 2 car garage - in less than a day, and that included trimming all the outside edge.
