I've got the actual Costco Motofloor. You're right about staining - it does. It's tough to keep clean. You would have to put wood or something under jacks and stands (or buy a lift - that was my solution

).
It interlocks tightly enough that oil doesn't immediately seep between the tiles, but it will eventually. It is easy to pull out 2 or 3 tiles for cleanup, though.
I'm torn because it looks sharp and is easy to walk/stand on. All things considered, though, I would go with epoxy if I were doing it again. I have epoxy in my wife's 2-car garage and it seems less susceptible to tire marks.
I'm coming from the perspective of doing engine drops/major projects. It would be absolutely fine for smaller projects and just looking good in general.
