Motorstorm is lots of fun and playing online (which is free on the PS3) is a blast.

Sorry that is way off topic for the original post, I'm just curious.
There is no difference in picture quality between Blu-ray and HD DVD. If you take the same HDCAM master and encode/author it for Blu-ray and HD DVD they will look identical.

Regarding costs, it does cost more to manufacture Blu-ray than HD DVD, but both HD formats average $19.95 to $27.95 per disc and are priced pretty much the same in retail stores.
Currently, the average price of HD discs sold through Amazon is $27.70 for Blu-ray and $32.40 for HD DVD.
