Big bumper stickers declaring your free fuel. Going on TV/radio and talking about it (which I have done).
Interestingly, the laws around transporting hazardous waste are becomeing a bigger hurdle than the tax issues.

Anyway, sorry for the hijack. I think Priuses (Prii?) are cool beans. They are spendy, but the more people that buy them, the more developed and inexpensive the technology will become. I also think they are cool looking.
