Could it be called the "Illumination Potentiometer" in the electrical diagrams? I find it in the back of the Haynes Manual. I do not see a "Shift Light" or "Shift" anything anywhere. This thing is connected to the speedo. It says "Grey/Blue" and "Gr" for the wire colors if that helps you any.
