$10k 951 = nearly perfect, inside and out. Full records, no issues. A/C delete and inop sunroof will hurt you, that's the kind of stuff people want in a driver.
$16k Boxster = ragged out POS.
I don't think you'll be happy with that trade, unless you want a Boxster project. Have you ever driven a 928? I drove a euro 928S and was very underwhelmed, compared to my 951. Something else to consider, is this your DD? That makes a huge difference in your decision.
