Sex vs Love
I just finished reading a great book. It's called "Orbit" by John Nance. A ficitional story about a guy who wins a trip into space. Takes the trip, the ship is damaged while in stable orbit and the pilot is killed. He's stuck up there alone with no means of communication or return, so he starts writing his epitaph on a laptop to pass the time until CO2 saturation and death occurs. He doesn't know that there's a link to Earth and the whole world is reading each word. Really a great read.
In one of his writings he makes this statement:
Women give sex to get love. Men give love to get sex.
I read it a few times and it got me thinking. Kinda makes sense....yes?
