Really... I mean no disrespect but did anyone actually read my original question? ...and *look* at the link I posted along with the question ???.
I'm looking for a device that has pigtails on both ends and otherwise looks like an INLINE fuse holder ( you know...sitting there IN SPACE).....only it's a switch instead of a fuse holder. Along the lines of an in-line table-lamp switch...the one "on the cord" like a thumbwheel or rocker....
Ya must have seen these in parallel-wire AC service....
Alhough I apprecite responses...I can find *panel-mounted* switches all day long !!!
