Worse still is the the CA plan proposed by Arnold, who I normally like/support. His plan is brain-dead.
Health coverage for every person in CA; legal, illegal, employed, unemployed. Last I checked we don't control the borders in CA. Pass this plan and CA will draw every illegal, every homeless, every ill, every unemployed person in the country - with the state's taxpayers footing the bill.
