I just became ill in the UK and France two weeks ago. Needed treatment and could not get it until I waved $100 bills around.
Suggest YOU get out a bit more. If you are dying they will help you immediately, but if its not life threatening you can wait a very long time in many cases.
Both the US and Europe have good and bad parts in their health care, nothing is perfect.
