I'd go with what the Haynes Manual or the Porsche Handbook say's
All oils are different. A gearbox has different stresses, presuress and charachteristics than an engine, a diff or even for that matter a deep fat fryer !
Don't mess around with lubricants unless you know what your doing, or sure of the result's . Else wise **** load of money !
