I've got Powerhaus headers w/heat on my 930 and have had no problems. They were installed by the original owner in the mid to late 80's...
I'm presently cleaning up some leaks etc..have looked over the headers, and I see no sign of cracking.
I had B&B on a previous 930 and experienced the cracks around the wg joint and at one of the colloectors.
