The lady is right about the Home Depot/Lowes stuff. You do wet down the driveway. On the other hand it also says not to apply if it is going to rain. I think most of the professional sealers go down after the drive is swept, powerwashed and then cracks sealed, but not on a wet drive. I would sure check with the applicators and get a guarantee (for what that is worth) before I would allow them to proceed.
