I have a Yakima rack that fits on my 911 and holds 2 wheels and tires and a jack, etc. I combined two towers with a Bauer tray - works fine. The 911 rain gutters are very strong and will suppoert 100 lb with no problem. I just placed some gaffer tape between the rubber covered tower clamps and the gutter to protect the paint. There was a Porsche accessory rack available for early 911s from the factory - but these are rare and will not support that much weight.
