I will check for this,...heading off to study the parts breakdown diagram tonight....I did see a type of cover (very small diameter) on the rubber piece (visually) ..maybe sonething lurks beneath (philips?) anywaze,.. to study the breakdown. I truly think I'm dealing with rubber contraction (of sorts) that will require complete replacement. I'll drop a line with any encountered difficulties along the way,..thanx much guys!!
