I haven't finished watching all of it yet, but I'll comment on the physics of the collapse of the towers. (I'm a licensed civil engineer.) The collapse is consistent with the towers being struck by the airplanes. The heat of the jet fuel and the materials in the buildings would have easily melted the floors to make them bend and collapse. I've melted aluminium in a puny camp fire.
The movie's strangest claims are that the Pentagon and Shanksville incidents did not involve airplanes. I guess the two missing planes and passengers are being kept in Area 54.
The movie's biggest physics error is the assertion that the vertical steel columns in the WTC had to have been cut previous to the towers collapsing. First of all, how do you cut dozens of these without being noticed? More importantly, the failure pattern in the columns, namely shear planes at about 45 degrees, are what you would expect in a rapid compression failure.
