I removed my moldings from my 924 and reinstalled them pretty easily. I used a hairdryer to soften up the adhesive first and I used a thin plastic putty knife to remove them. After that find some product similar to the "sticker shock" to get rid of the rest of the adhesive. I didn't have much residue on mine so I just used bug and tar remover, but don't go crazy rubbing into the paint.
