The temp gauge was rock solid at the blue mark on your picture. Then the thermostat and radiator hose was replaced. Since then the temp is at the blue mark when cruising and raises to your red mark when doing the stop and go thing. It is becoming less and less as I bleed the air from the system. My concern was that it was moving at all.
Noticing two fans I was concerned one was not working.
