Pelican rocks. Way better crowd here overall - maybe it's because people (generally) tend to be maybe a bit older or more mature or whatever, but I love this place - and I support Wayne's business as a result.

Yeah that's right -- the moderators here, particularly the OT Mods are da bomb! They would NEVER take advantage of their power...
In all seriousness, it seems that Pelican has a more active 911 section, while Rennlist has more 944 users. Not saying anything about which is better, just saying which side gets more traffic. The Rennlist DE/Racing forum is a bit more active than the Pelican DE forum as well...
I post in both quite actively, and see them as being complementary of each other.
Oh, and BTW: The membership fee gets you more than just the ability to post classifieds. It does get you space for your own website, access to posting pictures in your own gallery, and an email account.
Both are part of the online Porsche community, so while both aren't perfect (though Pelican comes close...
) they are both assets to Porsche enthusiasts.
