Holley makes a fuel pressure regulator with a return port to the tank to facilitate using the stock fuel pump. Outlet pressure to carbs can be set and remainder is on free return to the tank (like FI setup).
This would also keep the existing wiring and connections.
I bought one 2 years ago from a local speed shop - I think it was $22.00.
