As a car, it's great and what I'm looking for. All the great updates and modifications yet retains the sleeper look.
I know how much $$ and time went into this, but the price is what causes me not to pull the trigger. Stepping into the 30K range for a 911 Porsche opens a lot of of other doors and probably why this car hasn't sold yet.

Sounds like you are a bit conflicted, probably because now is the time to make a decision. From the first part of your post, you seem to have found what you're looking for, and recognize this is an example and
reasonable, given the work put in.
From the second part of your post, you reflect potential buyers remorse--not unnatural. Take a deep breath, think over carefully what your really are looking for. $30K does
not open a lot of doors if your are truly looking for what you claim.
