I have a '69 911E engine that I'm trying to find the serial number on.

To the right of the alternator/fan is this number: 901/09. According to Brett Johnson's authenticity guide it should have a serial number in the 6290001-6292270 range.

The number below the 901/09 is 19692. I thought that was where the serial number should be? Am I looking in the wrong location?
