I don't know what B program means. The Stoddard reference material I have shows T's with the 619xxxx numbers for 1969; the E's started with 629xxxx; The S had a 639xxxx.
In 1970 the E starts 6200001
1971 E starts with 6210001
1972 E 6220001
1973 E 6230001

Could and probably is a T case built to E specs, which means in 1969 the T had 110 hp @ 5800 rpm with 8.6:1 compression ratio and the E had 140 @ 6500 rpm with a 9.9:1 CR.

I guess that one should go on the dyno during the PPI to verify what it has for ponies.
