When the Ampersand is Strong
Just got an e-mail from a coworker. I've worked with him for five years. He is the definition of calm and reasoned. He never raises his voice, he never gets upset, he always works through problems and treats everyone with respect.
His e-mail references all the "#**(@&# documentation" we produce. This caused me some pause. This is pretty strong stuff coming from this guy.
