Dave Darling turned me on to this thread since I just asked to same question last week. He included a picture I sent him of my solution. I thought I would add dialog. The bracket is actually a 944 e-brake switch bracket bolted to the lifting eye near the oil filler. The bracket only required a slight bend and otherwise bolted right up. What you can't see in the picture is the clever way I attached the cross-bar. I didn't get the origional carb mounting brackets for the cross-bar when I got the linkage so I had to make my own. What I did was bored the cross-bar ends and pressed in some 911 swivel-foot rocker adjusters. Then I tapped the choke cover plates and threaded in the adjusters to the proper adjustment between the carbs. Looks good, light weight. Sorry, but I don't have a picture at the moment.
