I can back you up on that.
One of my coworker's father is a doctor. He bought an unused sorrority house a few years ago as an "investment". The neighborhood, fearful of the return of a sorrority to the house, got it rezoned as a "single occupancy residence". He didn't bother to show up for the hearing. It has 23 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. He can't sell it because no one wants a house that big so close to campus...except for fraternities and sorrorities or apartments, which it is no longer zoned for.
I've heard more stories than I can count about him running out of gas while flying... Once he even left his plane at an airport and rented another plan while halfway through a trip because of mechanical problems.
He's on his third mistress in 17 years...and is the father of four children ranging from 10-28.
