They even told us we should have bought it from one of the big box stores so we could just return it but because we bought it from an authorized appliance dealer we could not get them to take it back. Then when the handle pulled off they would not warranty it because it was dealer installed. That's right, their part, their dealer! Finally a tech came out and replaced some obscure part and fixed the problem, about 2 years after it was installed. Then he had to come back and replace a few missing screws that various techs had left out. All of our other appliances are GE Profile and the only one we ever had problems with was the refrigerator which was handled promptly and professionally.
