Howard Dranow, aka "Howard Agency," sadly passed away earlier this week. He was just 65.

A Pelican member since March 2004 (but a Porsche owner for decades earlier), Howard had nearly 1000 posts on the board.

I've known Howard since the early 80's, when I went to high school with his son Greg. Back then, he was one of the coolest dads in town... his outgoing personality was a memorable trait. More recently, Howard was my insurance agent (that explains his screen name).

Howard loved Porsches - he had many over the years. Most recently, he had his 914s and his 911 (996).

There is a get-together/memorial at his home in Westlake Village tomorrow for family, friends, and fellow car nuts. His family has contacted some of his PCA friends, so I wanted to contact his Pelican buddies as well.
