Hey Everyone,

I've got something strange happening with my power windows and AC. With the Key on and Engine off, the windows work great, the AC clutch engages and the blower fan works on all speeds. With the Engine running though, operation of the windows blows the fuse and heats up the relay. And further, the AC Clutch doesn't engage and the blower fan does not work at any speed.

Everything else electrical functions as it should. Could it be a voltage regulator on it's way out be causing these this type of behavior?
