Jim, try the window cleaner with ammonia trick. Spray the area above the corner you want to start peeling at. Lift the corner of the sticker with a razor blade. Do not cut the pant. Once you can get your fingers on it, keep pulling the sticker slowly while applying moderate amounts of window cleaner to the glue/surface. The cleaner slowly releases the glue. Once the sticker is off clean the area with gas or thinner and apply wax. Good Luck!
